Refund policy

Refunds are offered within 14 days of you receiving the jewelry. Custom made jewelry is not included in the refund policy. A refund will be processed once the purchase has been received by me and reviewed to ensure that it is in its original condition. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days. Return shipping and return fees are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. There is a restocking fee of 10% of the original purchase price.
